XFLIKS collects only the information needed to operate verified audience voting, review festival submissions and protect the integrity of the programme.
Information we process
Account identifiers and email addresses supplied through sign-in; private ballot selections and change history; and submission details including creator credits, synopsis and private screening links.
How it is used
We use this information to prevent duplicate ballots, preserve an audit history, contact entrants, review eligible films, administer the festival and investigate misuse. Individual ballots are not displayed publicly.
Access and retention
Screening links are restricted to authorized festival reviewers. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for festival administration, integrity review and applicable obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for security or legal reasons. Contact privacy@xfliks.com.
