Festival terms
These terms govern use of the XFLIKS festival site, audience voting and film submissions. By participating, you agree to use the service honestly and only for its intended purpose.
Film submissions
Entrants must control the rights required for festival review and screening, provide accurate credits and disclose the material role of AI tools and source material. A submission does not guarantee selection.
Audience voting
Voting is limited to one active ballot per verified person in each eligible category. You may change a choice before voting closes. Automated voting, impersonation and attempts to manipulate results are prohibited.
Programming and awards
Eligibility, programming, screening and awards decisions remain with the XFLIKS festival team. Results may be invalidated where fraud, technical error or a material rules breach affects integrity.
Service availability
We may update, suspend or correct festival services to protect participants and the programme. Contact festival@xfliks.com with questions about these terms.
